Deadwood Mickelson Trail Marathon
- Description: Half Marathon, Marathon, and 5 Person Marathon Relay along the Mickelson Trail
- Where: Rockford to Deadwood
- Details: The marathon begins in Rochford and then meets up with the Mickelson Trail. It ends at the historic Engine House at the Deadwood Trailhead. Kids 1K and Fast 5K takes place on Saturday while the Half, Full, and Relay Marathon take place on Sunday.
Lean Horse Ultra Marathon
- Description: 50k, 50 mile, and 100-mile races along the Mickelson Trail
- Where: Minnekahta Trailhead to Hot Springs
- Details: All three events begin at Minnekahta Trailhead of the Mickelson Trail and end in Hot Springs, South Dakota with variations to make them run longer and shorter.
Run Crazy Horse
- Description: Half Marathon, Marathon, and 5 Person Marathon Relay
- Where: From Crazy Horse Memorial to Downtown Hill City
- Details: Starting at just under 6,000 feet and ending at 5,000 feet, this marathon has two big hills and great views. Kids 1K and Fast 5K takes place on Saturday while the Half, Full, and Relay Marathon take place on Sunday.
